Wow Moment of the Month

Michelle Key At Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital we truly believe that people come first. That's why we're recognizing Wow Moments of the Month. Read on for a great customer service moment. Michelle Key, ICU nurse, was overheard talking to the wife of one of her patients. The wife was telling Michelle that she was hungry, but didn’t have any money to buy food in the cafeteria. Michelle thoughtfully called the cafeteria, ordered a tray for her patient’s loved one, paid for it out of her own pocket, then had it delivered to the lady in the waiting room. Michelle’s co-worker felt these actions went above and beyond the call of duty and deserved to be recognized. Wow Michelle - good job taking care of our visitors!
