We’re really proud of our employees who were nominated for having Wow Moments of the Month for giving remarkable customer service last month. Some of the deeds that garnered nomination included a staff member who helped a patient get electricity run to his travel trailer home; two business office employees who rescued a patient in pain trying to make his way to the ER; an accounting clerk who volunteered to help pull patient supplies when the materials management department was short-staffed; a cardiopulmonary tech who changed a patient who’d had an accident before the nurse aide in charge could get there to help; and a scheduling coordinator who went out of her way to help a visitor resolve an issue with an out of town store.
