Kaneisa Walker Nash, physical therapy technician, was working on the Second Tucker nursing unit when one of her patients had an incontinent moment. Kaneisa decided the best thing for her patient was to give her a bath right then, instead of waiting for the nurse to do it. The patient requested powder, so Kaneisa went to the gift shop to buy some. After discovering that the gift shop didn’t carry powder, Kaneisa went to the different nursing floors, checking until she found some. After returning to the room, she assisted the patient in applying the powder. Wow Kaneisa, that’s very caring customer care!
