Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission. It houses the first Joint Commission Certified Stroke Center in Deep East Texas and the only East Texas hospital with a Chest Pain Center accredited by the Society of Chest Pain Centers. In addition, the Breast Care Center's Mammography Facility is accredited by The American College of Radiology and the Cecil R. Bomar Rehabilitation Center is an internationally accredited Center of Excellence for Rehab.

NOTICE OF POSSIBLE UNAUTHORIZED RELEASE OF MEDICAL RECORDS: Between 2003 and 2013 Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital released a number of patient records to third parties in compliance with subpoenas that may not have met legal requirements of federal privacy laws. We do not have current contact information on some of our past patients whose records were released.
