The hospital chaplain is available for patient and family spiritual needs, as well as facilitating organ donation and patient advance directives (which are detailed in a later section).

The chaplain’s office and the hospital chapel are located on the third floor, near the intensive care unit, offering visitors a quiet retreat for meditation and prayer. The chaplain may be reached at (936) 564-4611, ext. 8436.

NOTICE OF POSSIBLE UNAUTHORIZED RELEASE OF MEDICAL RECORDS: Between 2003 and 2013 Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital released a number of patient records to third parties in compliance with subpoenas that may not have met legal requirements of federal privacy laws. We do not have current contact information on some of our past patients whose records were released.
