All full-time employees are eligible for benefits the first day of the month following 30 days of hire.  For example, if the hire date is 1/18/19, then eligibility is achieved on 3/1/19. 

Health Insurance - Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. Employee contribution required. 

Dental Insurance - Voluntary employee-paid dental plan available. 

Vision Insurance - Voluntary employee-paid vision plan available. 

Group Life Insurance - Employer paid; includes accidental death & dismemberment. Registered/Salaried: benefit amount is two times annual salary, maximum benefit $150,000.00; Non-Registered/Hourly: benefit amount is one-time annual salary, maximum benefit $80,000.

Additional Voluntary Life Insurance - Employee paid. Spouse and dependent options available.

Short-Term Disability- Voluntary employee paid policy. Paid benefits begin on the 31st day of illness or the 15th day of accident. Benefit amount: Up to 60% of weekly salary. Maximum Weekly Benefit $1,000.00

Other options - Include Critical Illness Insurance, Accident Coverage as well as Healthcare/Daycare Flexible Spending Accounts.

PTO (Paid Time Off) - Begin PTO accrual upon hire date; able to use PTO following a 90-day probationary period.

Bereavement Leave - A maximum of three days are available for full-time employees with a death in the immediate family. 

Retirement - Retirement plan, 457(b),  is offered through Principal Financial Group. Employer provides a 50% match up to the full-time employee's first 4% of contributions. Retirement benefits are available to all employees.
