The East Texas Half Marathon, 10K, & 5K is a premier East Texas racing event traversing the beautiful scenery and historical attractions boasted by Nacogdoches, Texas. Proceeds from the event support Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital's mission of providing the best healthcare for our community in a caring way.
