Board recognizes admissions clerk for job well done
Veronica Roberts was surprised at the September board meeting when she was called out on the carpet - in the best way possible. She was honored by the hospital board for a job well done! Veronica has been with Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital since 1989, starting off in the lab and now working in admissions as a registration clerk. A beloved staff member, patients often request her by name. Her coworkers enjoy her, too! Admissions manager, Kathy Wallace, complimented Veronica’s work ethic, saying, “She rarely has a bad day and if she did, we would not know it. She is here to do her job and strives to be the best she can every day.” Coworkers say she’s a pleasure to work with because she is always willing to lend a helping hand.
